Taking Lake of the Woods camping and RV’ing to the next level, Buffalo Point Resort offers top-notch facilities and amenities.

Conveniently situated adjacent to Buffalo Bay Marina, all campsites/RV lots include a fire-pit, picnic table and access to modern washrooms with showers.

Guests also enjoy easy access to the convenience store, sandy bottom beach, fishing, laundromat, Lakefront and Lakeview Cabins, Lake of the Sandhills Golf Course, Fire & Water Bistro, VLT gaming lounge, Resort Centre, and Resort Centre Cabins.

Full hook-up site (water, sewer and electricity) – $38 per night
Water & electricity site – $34 per night
Drive through electrical site – $34 per night
Campsite (with electricity) –$34 per night
Campsite (un-serviced site) – $28 per night

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Buffalo Bay Marina and Campgrounds has a 2 week cancellation policy. Please read details below.

If a customer cancels 2 weeks PRIOR to their check-in date, the customer will receive a full refund LESS a $10 booking fee per site booked.
If a customer cancels WITHIN 2 weeks of their check-in date, payment will be kept in full.

Please Note

*Maximum of 4 people per tenting site/RV lot.

*Limit 1 RV or 1 tent per booked site. Additional tents, on a booked site, will result in an added nightly non-serviced tenting fee plus taxes.

*Buffalo Bay Marina and Campgrounds requires a Visa or MasterCard upon booking. The reservation will be processed, in full, on the renter’s credit card the day the site is booked.

*Visa Debit cards are not accepted for campground reservations.

Buffalo Bay Marina + Camping General Rules

CAMPING AREA
– Your campsite is for your camper only! Additional campers/tents staying on your site must register at Buffalo Bay Marina to pay when they arrive. – Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8 am.
– Open fires are not permitted. Fires must be contained in fire pits.
– All campsites must be cleaned, fire pits must be emptied, and garbage must be placed in garbage cages prior to check-out.

Items to be cleaned up include but are not limited to: cigarette butts, sunflower seeds, straw wrappers, bottle caps, etc.
Campers who do not comply will be charged a minimum $25 cleanup fee.

PETS
1. Pets must be restrained by a leash.
2. Pets must not disrupt other campers.
3. Pets are not allowed on the public beach where swimmers are present.
4. Pet waste must be immediately cleaned up by the owner and deposited in designated garbage cages.
FISHING
1. A fish cleaning facility is provided. No Person shall clean fishing and dispose of the remains except at the fish cleaning facility.
2. Fishing off docks, in front of the gas pumps, or by the launch ramps is not permitted.
BOATING
1. All boats being moored in the harbour must be registered and paid for, prior to use, at Buffalo Bay Marina.
2. Boat launch prices are not included in one’s camping/cabin fees. All launches must be paid for, at Buffalo Bay Marina, prior to use.
3. Trolling speed in the harbour is 2 mph.
GOLF CARTS/MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
1. Operators of these vehicles must have a valid driver’s license and/or must be accompanied by an adult with a valid drivers license.
2. Helmets are required for those under the age of 16.
3. These vehicles are not allowed on the boardwalk or beach.
  1. All who don’t comply, keys will be taken away and vehicles will be parked for the duration of your stay. In extreme cases, RCMP will be notified.
